Starting on October 2nd at 5 a.m. AEST, we will gather virtually for 7 consecutive days to breathe and meditate as one. During this time, you will be guided through calming, healing techniques that will help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner stillness. This daily practice will not only benefit your personal well-being but also contribute to the collective global healing that our world so deeply needs.
The live sessions will take place daily at 5 a.m. Brisbane time (AEST). Can’t make it live? Don’t worry! Recordings will be available so you can participate at a time that suits you. This practice is open to everyone—no prior meditation experience is necessary.
